Gary is awesome. I don't use that word often and when I do it means something. Always punctual, always responsive and his treatments work like magic. Trust me, moved into an abandoned A-Frame on Lake Wisconsin and he literally had the critters parachuting out of the eves to get away. Great guy too!

Gary responded almost immediately to my voice mail and stopped at the house promptly to assess the situation. He put up traps and a critter detector set up with an extension ladder under second floor eave on the same visit. We were lucky that the critters were gone. He removed the traps and made a permanent patch in the gap in the soffit vent. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He will be the first place I call when I have another critter issue. Very knowledgeable and with 21 years in the business he should be the first person you call. He came over the same day i called to take care of ants and was prepared for the job. He had to stand on beams and balance himself to complete the job on a remodel project which is awesome. Even took his boots off at the door which my girlfriend apreciates. His pricing was very reasonable. I will be calling if i have anymore issues.
