Purchased our Skyline home in March 2021. It was delivered in August 2021. Cannot help wondering if it was because of COVID or what. This is by far the poorest quality home I’ve ever lived in! They sent guys out to do repairs and the biggest problem can’t be solved. After I called the fourth time to complain about our master shower leaking they said as far as they were concerned the job was finished. What? We are 76 and 78 years old. This was our last home. We put every last penny we had in this house. Now we have to put a rag on the area that leaks and change it daily! We cannot afford to hire another company to fix the leak. Bought a 2023 Arlington in June through the land company C37 Capitol Inc. At first glance, the home looked alright, but after careful inspection it was apparent that there were things wrong with it. One of the cupboards wasn't attached to the wall properly. There were torn shingles and there was silicon used to seal some of the roof fixtures. My first night there I discovered an electrical problem. The circuitry itself is poorly-designed and sometimes causes problems when running multiple loads on a circuit. Bought our mobile home 6 years ago, built very poorly! Had to replace both exterior doors an door frames. Installed crooked an one wasn't even nailed in, Fell right out when the guy went to.put the new door in! Hot water heater junk. Kitchen stove replace 5 years later as it burned a hole in the floor under the stove!! Could have burned the house down!! Too much to list!
