My husband and I unexpectedly lost our son in April of 2022. We had attempted to set-up a time and appointment with another monument place. After driving there a few different times and being promised someone would be there on a Saturday. It so happened that nobody showed up after we waited for some time and they said that same week someone would be there. We then decided to try Lancaster Monuments.Lancaster Monuments was more than willing to set-up an appointment on a Saturday. This had to work for us, as my husband works out of town.
