Water stopped working. Crew was out doing a job so the tech that answered the phone drove out to take a look. It was a simple fix (switch). Water was back on. What could’ve been days without water turned into a minor inconvenience of a few hours. Excellent help. Thanks so much.

On a Sunday morning the crew came out promptly at 8 a.m. and had to replace the well pump. They had everything replaced and back in operation in no time. They were very respectful of our situation and our property! I would definately recommend them for work.

Niece went to use caibin on the weekend and water would not come out of the faucet. After incurring $460 bill for plumber (drive charge, trip charge, fuel surcharge) to basically tell me I had a Well Pump problem, I was referred to Ken Olsen Well Drilling & Pump Service. Please be aware this IS NOT the same as Olson Bros-Well Drilling. Ken Olsen's team was extremely efficient and diagnosed the problem within approximately 15 minutes. Proceeded to replace the well controller panel (thankfully the pump was NOT the problem) and performed the job in 1.5 hours. No trip charge, no gas surcharge or other Bullcrap COVID fees. Just a very well performed service for a reasonable fee for a cabin located near New Auburn, WI. Will definitely be our "go-to" team for ALL FUTURE well related matters at the cabin. Highly recommend!!! Olsen and will be looking for a new plumber.
