When our truck overheated we had just enough time to navigate to Jiffy Lube. What a blessing that was. Aiden literally saw us coming and was at the truck before we could exit. The problem was bigger than we knew. Caleb and Aiden diagnosed a broken serpentine belt caused by a defective water pump. Although they could not repair, they provided aid and guidance while directing us to appropriate professionals for recovery. We don’t live in the area but are grateful for the JL team that helped us without expectation of reimbursement. Thank you both, you are a credit to your profession!!
Very clean location and friendly crew. Observed work through window and saw them do two person verify on dipstick after change. Important to me as previous instant oil change chain almost destroyed my 4Runner with not putting in oil filter correctly. Price after coupon was reasonable for both services I had done.
