Had my first ashiatsu session ever with Dar, and it was great. I like a deep range of pressure, but have had people overdo it. Dar's pressure/depth control was spot on, reassuring, and left relaxed enough to accept the IT band, hamstring, calf and quad deep tissue work. Left feeling happy and loose!
