Went in for gel pedi and gel polish mani. It was terrible. She cut a few toes and the cuticle on my pinky do deep it took a week to heal. My natural nails were completely destroyed. She used ground them down instead of doing a gentle hand buff so they are now peeling apart with the Polish off. She alerted mail shapes so they were all wonky. The polishe was painted up on the cuticle on half the nails so they peeled right away. Just all around a disappointing and over priced experience. Oh and I forgot in top of that they don't massage at all during the pedi and the chair wasn't fully functioning.

Have had such mixed experiences but getting worse as years pass.Went in at 7pm for a polish and they told me they were closed. I said sorry I thought you closed at 8 and they said " we do but we want to go home"Um okaaayyy

When I went in there to get nails done for the first and last time, the gentleman that did my nails was rushing on my nails, didn’t even prep my nails, or clean my cuticles. For a first time customer it was horrible! He literally took about 5 minutes, not even to do my nails. The cut of the shape was off, the polish was all over my nail bed. Remind you this is my first time there, I didn’t know where the bathroom was when he told me to go wash my hands. I had to find it myself, and after washing my hands he shouted “show me the money” like, how rude can you be? Definitely never going there again!
