The service technician was prompt, courteous, and got right to work. He took the ice machine apart and did a thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all parts and a final check of end results to make sure the ice was clear.

Both guys were excellent, was disappointed that neither one of them checked the pressure switch as it was plugged and was also shutting down the system. Ron Hammes Refrigeration has always been great with rapid response times. My system lasted for 27 years and was purchased from them.

we had a problem with our new furnace last week - the serviceman was prompt in coming out and located the problem & fixed it the same day. We still like their service and will be getting a new air conditioner and/or heat pump from them next spring. reliable people and friendly staff. Always dependable.
