I absolutely love going to classes here and would recommend H&H to anyone looking to study Karate or Jui Jitsu, or participate in cardio kickboxing. Classes for anyone, including adults (even older adults). At H&H, you are truly part of their family. I've been going to classes for about 2 years.“
