Gene Graffunder responded and came to my house. He assessed my roof, explained the Malarky shingle and the process to replacing my roof. Replacing a roof is a big investment and I appreciated all the info.
I felt re-assured and I was not pressured to move quickly.The date was scheduled, and re-scheduled once due to high heat alert. I felt respect to this company who values the health of their workers.The 7 guys came as scheduled, roof shingles and materials were also delivered on time. No delays. Despite the agonizing heat, the guys worked diligently and very efficiently to get the job done. Great team work!! When all was done,they cleaned up every nail and roof scrap. Very appreciative and respectful bunch of really hard working guys. I really cant say enough....“
