Been waiting for an mri on a very painful knee. Gundersen keeps saying they are waiting on insurance pre-approval. After waiting, I decided to call out insurance pre-authorization administrator and they informed me that there has been NO REQUEST for anything from Gundersen. Thanks Gundersen.
I gave birth to my first child here. Staff was diligent, informative and comforting. They stay up to date on safe and effective labor and delivery methods and are advocates for woman choosing their own birth plan. I highly recommend this hospital for labor and delivery.
Around 3pm today I was shown the way to the unit I needed to get to, on the 5th floor and helped with the phone, by a lovely young man who was clearly going on his lunch break.He took the time to help me out which was much appreciated and worth mentioning. Thanks for your classy and distinguished employees! This person was patient and kind and that's rare these days!
