After decades of riding motorcycles, I finally experienced locking my keys in the hardbag! I was able to meet with Mark at a parking lot and he assured me that I wasn't the first to do this. After trying different techniques he was finally able to open it up. Super great guy and good conversation as well! Highly recommend this company!
