Following a recommendation from a trusted friend that utilizes Alcar roofing for his many properties, we called Allen to look at our leaking roof. He determined that we had several areas that would need repair. We planned for Spring. In February, we discovered that the venting in our attic was clogged and caused frost in our attic and water damage. Allen took our concerned call at 9PM and came out the next day to inspect and provide a temporary remedy to the problem. Come Spring, Allen and his team (Al and Nick) installed a new roof on our home and new venting, which far exceeded expectations. Contractor removed and replaced 1 and 1/2 sheets of plywood after removing 20 year old thin fiberglass shingles and vent. [email protected] had to tie into a 20 yr roof. Three tab shingles have to be pried up an sealed down with tar. Contractor has a 1 year guarantee in plan view in contract. Costumer did not call back for service call. Alcar maintains about 900 units and 200 warainties. Customer and would gladly went back to inspect tie in.
