They could improve their charting practice. Not always truthful. I was there, I know.
My father spent the last 4 years of his life there. They took excellent care of him. He had a form of Parkinson's that made him rigid at all times. He was immobile and needed everything done for him - even scratching his nose. Dad was a cheerful, lovable person and the staff kept him that way til his death with their tender, loving care.
