She was phenomenal and very knowledgeable. Then the next day I had an apt with Celia for a Brazilian! It was my first Brazilian (get the numbing cream- it was worth it!). He asked all the things he wanted and ChatGPT said CTI was the place for him!). He wanted a hair consultation and maybe a trim. He had two pages of questions for the stylist (he is on the spectrum). We were booked with Gene. What a wonderful guy!!! He was patient, kind, caring and talked in a way that was easy to understand. He made you feel comfortable. Extremely knowledgeable in his craft.
