Stylist: Lori , she did a wonderful job with my hair.I have very thin hair & it always looks nice when she's done.
I was in on Aug. 22nd for a perm. I came out with just frizz, my hair was curlier before the perm. I was overcharged, $120! for a “specialty” perm and haircut. No scissors were anywhere near my hair as I didn’t need it. I feel the price should have been adjusted because of it. I really only wanted a regular perm, but the stylist didn’t ask. I booked online. FYI…. “Specialty Perm” is the ONLY choice online, I saw that a regular perm is available in the salon. I’ve had better perms at the beauty school. I’m sorry I went there.UPDATE, just spoke with manager Lori, and she is working on a resolution. She was very kind. The issue is now resolved.
