I hired this company to check my attic insulation due to some ghosting on the ceiling of the master bedroom. They were very personable and easy to work with. Insulation was added and new canned ceiling lights installed. Unfortunately, the ghosting is still continuing to happen and the master bedroom is now 4 degrees colder than the rest of the house which we are not happy about. Also, communication was difficult with the company not returning my calls which was disappointing.

We had our attic reinsulated from the original 1979 levels along with upgraded ventilation of the attic. Results remain to be determined. Just going into the cold weather season. I would have appreciated before and after photos because we’re not able to view easily.
