I called Xtreem roofing for an estimate for a complete tear down and roof replacement in the late morning. Zac answered and said he could be there in about a half hour. Zac showed up promptly climbed up the roof took measurements and gave us an Xtreemly reasonable quote! He told us he could start in a week and it would probably take a day or maybe 2 which was fine with us. 5 days later Zac texted us and said they could start tomorrow and they would be there at 9 am. Zac showed up promptly at 9 with his entire crew and even texted me they were on their way. I had some errands to run and was gone about a couple of hours. As someone who has personally swung the hammer to perform his own major construction work including roofing and large whole home renovations, I can confidently say that Zach and his team do very high quality work at a very fair price. They also provide excellent customer service. They performed a complete tear-off at one property and a major roof repair at another property. I plan to have Xtreme Roofing do any future roofing projects I have at other properties.
