After waking up to a house without heat on Sunday morning with an outside temperature of -7 degrees. I tried everything I could and then at 8am called Wisconsin Fuel. They said it would be about 6 to 8 hours due to the amount of calls they had received. But they arrived a little after 1 pm and had me back running by 2:30. My service tech Max was great and very professional. Extremely happy.
My dog alerted me to an issue with my HVAC unit, by barking at the door for 3 days. I finally wised up and called Wisconsin Fuel. A technician came out within a few hours and found a crack that was leaking carbon monoxide. They called me that evening with a quotes for either repairing the crack or getting a new one. I opted for a new unit since mine was 17 years old. It was delivered and installed 2 days later. Thank you so much Wisconsin Fuel for responding so quickly and getting me and my dog back home! They even went above and beyond by helping me install my CO detector.
I bought a furnace a couple years ago from Wisconsin Fuel and had them install it , I’ve had Wisconsin Fuel clean my new furnace yearly just a maintenance practice. I had a technician out on Nov 9 for the cleaning and he tech Bobbie was earlier than the predicted arrival time which was just fine and he was very professional very knowledgeable and answered all my question to my satisfaction . Great job and recommended. Had my furnace cleaned again by Wisconsin fuel and I had Chris as my technician and he was very knowledgeable and professional an asset to the company.
