This is an extremely welcoming gym with great instruction. I have visited a variety of gyms and this one stands out as a top place to visit. The training partners want to learn, not destroy you, and the updated flooring makes stand up drills seem like nothing.I would not hesitate to come back.

Great place to train. Top tier instructors, great training partners. Perfect whether you compete or just want to learn. Offer classes Monday through Saturday and sometimes Sunday too. Great seminar opportunities as well!

I am a frequent guest of this gym and I give it the highest rating. The atmosphere is great for learning, the facilities are nice and the coaching is excellent. If you live in the Kenosha/Racine area, I highly recommend you check it out. Whether you are brand new to the sport or an experienced black belt, you will learn so much and you will enjoy doing it.
