This was THE best massage ever. I just ran a 50K trail run , Dances with Dirt at Devils Lake and have been incredibly store and stiff with all the training . I also do crossfit. My job is incredibly physical. I am sore all the time and today I went. IT HURT SO GOOD. I feel so good. I am not sore. I feel energized. I am not starving like I was before I came for the massage. I would try it out just once to see how much better you can feel. I am usually flexible and haven't been. I do stretches and there is no way possible I could do the stretching she did for me.

I just had an incredible Thai massage. I've been living with chronic pain for 18 years. Cheri was able to unlock my extremely tight joints for the first time in years! I can't wait until next week's appointment. I haven't felt this great in a very long time. She's more than a massage therapist - she's a magician and miracle worker. I feel so great!
