I love this company! They are fast, accurate, thorough, highly skilled, creative,friendly and very accommodating. I came to them with a rather large to me project. I needed my entire site rebuilt from the bottom up. They were able to work with me to make the transition flawless. We didn’t have even a minute of down time between the old to the new launch. The Gratzi had an answer for every situation that came up, and a solution to every problem that arose. Every single service I was getting from the major company I was with was also offered by the Gratzi, so going local with a company I can actually visit and consult with one on one is truly the way to go. I can’t believe I spent 20 plus years working with the old major company. The longer I stayed with the old provider the worse service became until I was finally fed up, complained, then was told I wasn’t a big enough company to them to get the basic service I expected and paid for. None of that happens at the Gratzi, I was treated like I was the most important company they work with. A night and day different Email concerns and questions are replied to same day with most Correspondence being returned under an hour or so. This is a no-brainer, major league service and products, with the local touch and attention to detail we need to survive in such a competitive marketplace.
