After waiting over 3 hours for a different company I called Jensen. The dispatcher said they were a bit backed up but they'd have somebody out as soon as possible. I was expecting at least an hour wait, but 20 minutes later he was already outside! The driver's name was Matthew and he was very professional and polite. Oh, the best part? The tow cost less than HALF of what the other company (that never showed up) quoted me. Hopefully I won't need a tow truck again, but if I do I will 100% use Jensen Towing

Amazing service from Jeremy from Jensen’s towing! Showed up earlier than expected and he was a true professional and helped me get my van out of a ditch. Prices are very reasonable and fair. I will be using Jensens towing all the time in the future!

A belt snapped on my car while I was in Kenosha, WI and I needed it towed to Rockford, IL. I called Jensen Towing they came about 50 minutes later, they charged a reasonable fee to tow it across 2 states. Driver Matt was really nice and made the ride home a pleasant one.
