My husband had our chimney cleaned and inspected earlier this month. The chimney sweeper found major damage, so we had to get a liner and wood-burning insert installed. Elite Chimney came out today during a major snowstorm as scheduled and spent a full day fixing the chimney inside and out when they could've cancelled and had us reschedule. It's hard to find good customer service like that these days.

Today Elite Chimmey came out to tuck point my Chimmey and install a new liner in my fireplace. They were professional and answered any questions I had about the process.
