Concentra Urgent Care provides a generally pleasant experience. Staff are kind, friendly, and courteous, making patients feel welcome. Although wait times can vary, some locations are efficient and have short wait times. The staff is professional and respectful, creating a positive atmosphere. Overall, patients tend to have a good experience, from the sign-up process to the treatment itself.

Being a travel nurse I frequently have to do lab work, physical, vision and drug screening. Concentra is my favorite place to go! They are conveniently located in Kenosha, ample parking, facility is clean, airy, plenty of space between seats. The staff is fast, fabulous friendly and very helpful. Itbis to the point that I request Concentra for any medical screening from my requiters 😉
Concentra on 75th St in Kenosha staff members are warn, kind, friendly, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything they are doing and make sure you understand, been here more than once and it's always the same treatment. They are awesome!!!!!
