Concentra on 75th St in Kenosha staff members are warn, kind, friendly, and efficient. They take the time to explain everything they are doing and make sure you understand, been here more than once and it's always the same treatment. They are awesome!!!!!

Staff was great , although overbooked (walk ins) or extremely understaffed . Took a long time but seemed hurried . Not all of my tests were completed said I failed 2 parts of lift assessment however never took them so failed the entire test ? I just stated kneeling and stooping was uncomfortable with knee replacements , and they said I could not complete the lift portion of the test . Because I did not complete the kneeling and stooping , however was not asked to try them ,again seemed hurried

The receptionist was helpful and very kind. The MA wasn’t. I felt like I was a bother. I am understanding of a bad day, but professionalism needs to come first. Eye rolling, sighing, and no eye contact is unacceptable
