Came here to get cleared for work and the nurses and front stuff was great but the PA was so rude to me. He acted like I had no clue why i was there and treated me like I was stupid. Not even a smile came from this man. Noah Slife was his name. Worst experience at a doctors office ever.

I recently stopped in Concentra to take the mandatory drug test for my new employer. The entire staff was kind & friendly. The wait time was not terrible and I was treated warmly and with courtesy. I have nothing bad to say. Even when I was waiting for a few minutes in the lobby I enjoyed a nice conversation with someone else waiting there, so I would say overall my experience was very pleasant. In case you’re wondering, yes, I passed my test!

This location is great. They're efficient, professional, courteous and respectful. You feel welcome coming in the door. There's no long wait time (compared to other locations) and there's no tension in the air. The vibe check here is a good one.
