Had a 1 hour deep tissue massage. It helped my neck & shoulders a lot.
I enjoy going for deep tissue. Ask for the hot stones . We usually finish up with some stretching to finish loosening up those tight muscles. So many massage therapist never offer stretching. The massages are top-notch. Swedish, Thai & foot reflexology are available here too. I highly recommend this spa.
