If you’re looking for a professional massage therapist who will actually work on your trouble spots, Alex is your guy! He was an excellent listener, was able to provide a 90 minute deep tissue massage, and he’s in a great location. He was also able to suggest a very helpful stretch. I’m feeling great and will definitely be back!
I’ve visited Alex for the first time, and I’m pleased with the deep tissue massage session. He is kind, courteous and professional. He communicates and asks questions about pressure and areas that needed to be worked on. I have already setup my next appointment.
What I appreciate most was that Alex was attentive to my specific requests about areas of need. I have been to him twice now, with different issues, and the massage was completely customized each time. Also, after noticing areas of stress and tightness, Alex recommended specific exercises to address them. Thank you!
