Some of the best customer service I've ever received. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely won a customer for life. I walked in completely out of my element and they were kind to explain everything and not make me feel as inept as I am when it comes to my knowledge regarding contained gasses and their recepticles. Couldn't be happier with my experience!

Our normal purchasing contact was out on leave and I was in a pinch to get our supply of gases replenished. I called and spoke with Alex who was extremely polite and helpful. We were able to get an order placed and he helped me coordinate to meet my customers needs. Many thanks Alex!
I came into the store today and needed help with making a purchase for a welder for my husband. I was doing a favor for him and I’m not very knowledgeable about it, but the incredibly nice woman who worked there really knew so much and was extremely knowledgeable! She could barely talk and was clearly sick and my guess is she had laryngitis or something. Regardless, she took the best care of me and provided me all the information I needed for my future purchase. I will be back soon to complete my purchase after I give the information to my husband. Highly recommend this store!
