I needed a new place to get my hair cut since my regular lady worked very few days and she was hard to get into. I found recommendations and booked with Rebecca Torrez. She was wonderful to work with. Her schedule lined up well with mine and booking online was super easy. She listened and gave her professional opinion on how to cut my hair.

Now we found out that my sons stylist will not be doing cuts anymore, so I immediately set up a time with Her for them!

Becky Torrez is the most amazing stylist. I have followed her for years and highly recommend you make an appointment with her. She places the clients' needs at the center of everything she does from scheduling through the appointment. My family loves this salon and having Becky as their stylist. If you met Becky at Kaukauna Cost Cutters in the past and could not find her, she's at Roots on Second.

I had one of the best hair experiences here with Michelle. She said took my ideas and made them a reality. Salon was very clean, well lit, and followed CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19. I have already recommended her and her salon to family and friends. I’ll be visiting again and bringing my children here too!
