I'm not sure how the 1 Star happened & I've just seen this to correct it. Everyone in your clinic is helpful friendly caring and educated. I have 2 dogs in your care now and we are all very happy ♡

Very caring. Went with good friend who needed to make some important life decisions for his good boy. ☹️ Like a humans hospital with an exam room, they have that and there is no need to see anyone else during or afterwards, as they have a separate exit way. Ozzy got to gobble up some treats before crossing the rainbow bridge. ??

Very attentive staff with focus on your pet. Willing to look for alternative treatments and discuss options. Dr. Gagnon listened to concerns and explained every procedure and why he was doing what he was doing.
