Carolyn, Joel, and crew were all great! A storm unexpectedly ripped a large chunk of shingles off our roof. Carolyn was out the very next morning, just hours after I first called, to give her opinion on replace vs repair. We ended up going with the full replacement after listening to Carolyn’s professional opinion and learning we had likely substantial insurance coverage for a replacement. Joel came out later the same day to put a temporary tarp over the damage.
