Stopped by over the weekend with my mom. The place is beautiful, warm and inviting. The ladies there were kind however I do wish they would have explained a bit more how the process worked given it was our first time. When we told her it was, she did just welcome us and told us to have a seat.Other than that it was a great experience and we will definitely be coming back.
It was so amazing. The young lady at the desk was so inviting, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I definitely go again before heading back to Minnesota. I feel so wonderful, my skin is so soft and my sinuses and lung feel amazing. Everyone should try at least once in their life. They will be hooked!
Breathe Salt and Sauna is such a relaxing and inviting space. I use the infrared sauna and red light therapy to boost my immunity and skin tone. I use the salt booths to clear congestion when I’m not feeling well.
