This is my favorite salt room! I personally love the sauna + salt combo when I really want to clear my passages and get over stubborn respiratory congestion. The individual salt booths are the best - I love the high concentration of salt when I am not feeling well.
The saunas have chromotherapy (color therapy) and lovely cooling cloths with essential oils that make the experience feel divine. 10/10!!!
I love the far/ near infrared sauna mostly although at times I have used the salt rooms.

I love how fridge in the room is stocked with cold cloths smelling of therapeutic essential oils cold drinks for keeping cool. Everything in the room was great for cleansing, refreshment, and comfort. The owner also helps one to feel that the space was totally worth it by her welcoming and warm presence. Now that was pampering!
My family LOVES The Salt Haus! Everyone there is very welcoming and informative. We take our kids to play in the salt rooms and my husband and I use the saunas regularly. The Salt Haus is a great way to spend time together and keep our family healthy. We highly recommend stopping in! You won’t regret it!
