We were very lucky to have Jake taking care of the Family of our beloved Mother Phyllis Rattinger. She is smiling down from above for Jake making sure her hair was done perfectly and he did the makeup which was great. Thank you Jake and your staff! I would recommend you to any and all families! I don't know where to start I lost my mom 12 14 21 Jake was amazing very understanding answered all our questions.He explained everything step by step. overall he's just a great man kind of felt like we had a friendship very understanding very considerate making sure everything was okay had a wonderful experience with him. then we meet again for the second time for the loss of my father. It has been a difficult time to cope with loss of two parents in such a short time again very kind considerate understanding and gave us info on resources overall I highly recommend Olsen and Gibson Funeral Home excellent service thank you Jake for all you have done they were difficult times your amazing keep up the good work!!!
We had my mother in laws funeral and service this weekend, Jake and his wife were more than just accommodating to us. Everything went so well and perfect. He's a real down to earth straight forward family man. I'd recommend him all day long to anyone to get through such a hard time in their life.
