I am not quite finished working with McDermott Top Shop yet and may give a better review once our business is complete but we are currently displeased.
On June 4th we had them come out to measure. The guy was pleasant and was able to answer my questions. Fast forward two weeks, they come to install and the installers were great. Very nice and professional. Unfortunately, measurements were incorrect for 50% of our countertops. That happens and isn't the installers fault so I give them grace. They said they'll be able to finish countertops and backsplash all at once when they come the next week.

Huge thanks to Erick and Ricardo for their dedication—installing our countertops despite unexpected snow! Erick went the extra mile by answering questions we didn’t even think to ask. That level of care really stood out. And the final result? Our quartz countertops are absolutely stunning!
