We have been very pleased with the level of customer service and attention to detail as we transitioned over to Eric Felth State Farm agency. Jasmine did a fantastic job answering our questions and following up.
I recently switched my policies over to Eric Felth's State Farm Insurance office from another agent. When I called his office, I spoke with very knowledgeable staff that answered all of my questions. My appointment with Eric really showed that he cares about his clients and understands their concerns. While going over my policies, he found a rider on my life insurance that should have been removed 10 years ago. He took care of this and I received a very large refund! I highly recommend Eric Felth.
Jazmine was amazingly helpful. I had never been in an accident before and she walked me through the entire process. She was always on hand to answer whatever questions I had and even helped me expedite the processes with the other insurance was stalling.
