Chris was very helpful in assisting me in getting my own plan apart from my parents. When I called to get a quote prior to switching, he still remembered me even after 1 month. Kayla was also great to work with when my parents switched from another office. Even thought I was with another State Farm office, she was able to assist me in getting the paperwork I needed for my bank when my agent wasn’t helping. She offered the same great service when making changes to my new policy. She is very patient and understanding. It is also nice that they can be contacted through text messages. Highly recommend for fair prices and even better service.
Kayla went above and beyond to help us with our homeowners and auto policies. She took extra steps to run different scenarios as we have 5 vehicles and 5 drivers.
