**update Wisconsin Vision called and apologized for the experience** thanks. My son loved the opthamologist, however the associates were unable to complete my son's order for contacts stating they could not find our insurance. Yet oddly could find the insurance to bill for the visit. Had to take the prescription and order elsewhere to use our insurance.
I want to thank the staff at WV for recomending I purchase insurance for my new $ 400+ framless glasses last year in August because this August I needed a repair of a hinge screw only to find it was more then a missing screw and my frameless glasses needed replacing to fix the issue. This frameless was now discontinued and no longer available. WV replaced the old discontinued pair with a new frameless pair I chose no fee. Thank you for recommending the insurance it was worth the cost and your staff and service have been 5 stars for years.
