This builder is dishonest and unethical. They built the townhouse I reside in at 2320 Center ave in Janesville. Mold grew in the unit after they did not seal the shower stall with silicone. I became sick in my home to the point of being unable to live there, multiple hospital/immediate care visits and paying for hotels out of pocket. While trying to work with the property manager they called one of the owners of this company, Brad Bohlman, out to inspect. Brad used to work for Servpro so is aware of mold and the issues it can cause.
