I went in over the weekend because of tightness and pain in my shoulders, got a 30 minute massage since I had never been there before, and it included the hot stones, which I had never experienced before.During the course of the massage, I noticed spots that were tight and sore that I didn't realize were until she got to them. There was a lot that was sore, which I expect as part of the process of working out the knots.
