5 stars!!!!! not sure what all the negative reviews are about. todd contacted me right away, came out same day, fixed my ac unit, answered all of my questions and was very professional. one of the best service experiences i have had for anything. i would highly recommend!

Todd showed up within the window I was given and was never anything but respectful and truthful on the phone and in our personal interactions. He told me exactly what was going on with my system including temp data at different outlet vents. He was in and out in under an hour and I am 100% satisfied with the results. One star taken away because other contractors were available earlier, and QC needed a few days, which is understandable but worthy of taking one star imho. I would work with Quality Climate again.

Todd was very thorough, put me at ease as he walked me through the troubleshooting process. I appreciated that he kept me apprised as we awaited a part for our furnace and explained why the part was needed. We had been told that we may need to replace our furnace but since he replaced the filter and the motor he suggested that we may have another 6-7 Years on this model. I got the referral through my home warranty company. I plan to use him again in the future.
