My care at this clinic has always been exemplary. The staff is friendly and if there is a wait in the exam room, they come and inform you of the delay. I wouldn't think of changing.
Your staff was very compassionate when I went to urgent care today. I’ve had widespread worsening pain for months. Front desk staff was very nice. Dr Enriquez is a kind doctor and good listener, and Lori in the lab has the touch of an angel. This is what health care should be…thank you for a rare good experience.
It is very unfortunate that Dr Cooper is no longer there. I hope he reads this by chance - as someone with complex medical issues I am so grateful to have found a primary who is thorough, kind, and willing to take time to think about and investigate symptoms. I am so crushed to have to start the process over again. He really restored my faith after years of bad experiences with PCPs. Thank you for listening to me. Thank you for helping me.
