Great product and exceptional customer service I was mistakenly sent the wrong item and when I emailed the company even before contacting me back, they shipped at all cost paid a new and correct item. It arrived in two days. I have assembled it and started using it it meets and exceeds all of my expectations, but what is exceptional Is the customer service that is based in America. I purchased a Universal Implement Hook Ball Mounted. I have a ball hitch on my 4wheeler so I can move trailers and tow-behind mowers, all have ball hitch attachments. But I have a utility wagon that's a pin hitch. To use that I needed to remove the ball temporarily. It's not easy so I rarely used the wagon. The universal attachment converted the pin hitch on the wagon to a ball hitch attachment. I use it a lot now. Great product.

Excellent product. I have used it for 5 years and had to purchase a new one when my vehicle that it was attached to was stolen. The old one worked great. I have a 1/2 mile long gravel driveway with different slopes and some dips and I am able to get my trash/recycle cans to the road with no issue. I’d highly recommend!
