Excellent quality materials, great customer service, installation was efficient, and Raul and Cesar were wonderful. Really nice, easy to work with and helpful, answered all my questions. Steve from Sales was prompt and gave me a quote on the spot. No pressure at all. Everyone I encountered at Fence World of Janesville left me satisfied. Josh & Dylan were courteous and conscientious. They installed our fence accurately, paid attention to detail. Ensured gate with one end in the cement walkway and the other in our sloped yard was level and the fence was uniform off the ground and level at the top throughout the yard. They ensured we were satisfied with the install and did a walk around prior to leaving. Quality young men and quality materials. Picked up after themselves. Sales staff and office staff great too. Kept us informed throughout process and install was very timely. Very happy with our fence. So is our dog!
Raul & Jordan we’re both professional and friendly. They asked for my input to make sure the job was completed how I wanted it done. The crew cleaned up after themselves very well and my new fence looks fabulous.
