I’ve suffered from neck stiffness, chronic pain, and migraines for nine years. I’ve tried multiple chiropractors across the country over the last decade, and I always walked away with only minimal or temporary relief—sometimes the pain even came back worse. A few months ago, I started seeing John Damrow, and I can confidently say: I found him. My neck pain is completely gone—not reduced, not improved… gone. I held off on writing a review at first because I was skeptical and wanted to see if the relief would last. But months later, I still feel amazing, and my migraines have decreased significantly. I continue to go in for maintenance because my lifestyle definitely throws my body out of alignment, but even then, I never feel pressured or pushed to come more often than necessary. What really sets John apart is his patient-centered approach. He genuinely listens and respects your individual needs, preferences, and comfort levels. He communicates clearly so you fully understand what’s going on with your body and what your options are—no confusion, no guessing, no rushed explanations. You’re not just a passive patient in his office; he includes you in decisions about your treatment and makes sure the plan works for you. His empathy and emotional support also make a huge difference, especially if you’re dealing with pain, anxiety, or frustration from long-term issues like I was. His care is holistic, thoughtful, and aligned with what’s best for the patient—not what’s best for business. He never pushes unnecessary visits, and he always considers the physical, emotional, and even lifestyle factors that could be affecting your well-being. After nearly a decade of searching for real relief, I finally found it here. I cannot recommend Damrow Chiropractic Office enough. If you’ve been struggling like I was, this place is absolutely worth it.

Dr. Damrow is fantastic. I first saw him after having some ilio-psoas spasms. He was amazing. I have been going to him for 11 years now. I have used chiropractic care my entire life. My parents took me as an infant. I took my son to him after he was born. I have seen Dr. Tina once during my pregnancy when I was having an acute iasue and she was also fantastic. I am so happy that Dr. Jim's son is now joining the practice as well.
