Courtney dis a great job on my haircut! A little shorter than what I wanted but that was totally my fault! I think it's way overpriced. Next time I'll just drive down to Milwaukee and have my sister cut it.

We came in for a haircut and beard trim for my disabled father. Irene took care of his hair cut and beard trim. She was the sweetest lady, very patient with him, understood his disability and made him comfortable. We will definitely be back to see her.Hoping that her coworkers can use this as an opportunity to learn and understand clients needs as unfortunately they were not as friendly or understanding as she was.
Kudos to Janesville Cost Cutters! I wanted to share what I observed.... because it was a true act of kindness from their stylists. A rare act to see nowadays.When a young lady arrived to get her hair combed out with painful matting; it was later discovered she was fighting stage 3 breast cancer. I watched these stylist show the upmost empathy and after some time of consoling her, she made the brave decision to shave her head.One of their own stylist had battled cancer a few years ago, and offered to go get one of her own wigs that she had in storage.
