I called Alan mid afternoon and he was at the house to repair damaged siding that enclosed a chimney before 5PM on a very hot afternoon. He did excellent work and his fee was more than reasonable. I highly recommend him for any work needed to be done on your home.
I had severe water damage to a plaster ceiling in one of my bedrooms. Alan removed the damaged plaster, identified mold, took steps to kill the mold, and sealed the mold area with a primer. He then proceeded to plaster the damaged section of my ceiling. He insured the texture matched the existing plaster and added several coats of paint. It is impossible to see what was repaired and what was the original plaster ceiling. Alan's fine work and craftsmanship greatly exceeded my expectations. I now have Alan on speed dial for all of my home repair issues.
