Brad was terrific. He answered my call after I was "stood up" by my original appointment. He had to re-key 3 locks to my house and garage. He also showed me how my original doorknobs/locks were subpar products and installed incorrectly. As a result he had to replace a major piece that didn't even fit.Brad really stressed professionalism when he was on the job and his pride in what he does. Brad should be everyone's first choice when looking for quality key service.

I recently had 1st Choice Lock & Security install two outside cameras on my house. I had already had a great experience with Brad of 1st Choice when I had called him a few years back one evening after accidentally locking my car doors, with the car running, and my dog inside the car. After calling several places, Brad returned my call quickly. He came to Beloit and got my car door unlocked. He was very polite and kind and I was so thankful for his quick service.So when I decided to check prices on getting outside cameras installed, I called 1st Choice to get an estimate. Brad at 1st Choice installed our security system and cameras many many years ago. After several upgrades and service calls throughout the years we couldn't imagine taking our service anywhere else. Brad does great work and we continue to recommend him every chance we get!
