Owner isn’t based in Wisconsin. They find cheap and terrible sub contractors. A 30 day job took 2 years. And two different subs and it never was finished. They are nothing but what is wrong with contractors. Avoid.
The business is NOT here!
They wanted $425 up front to come out and give a quote since I don't own the property until October. Of course none of that was mentioned when we talked on the phone. Absurd, I've never had any business inspection or otherwise charge that much just to come out . They won't be getting my business. I suggest you avoid.
