The firm's owner, who had serviced my heating and AC for many years, retired, and the business sold. The firm that purchased the company provided an annual maintenance call, which lasted less than 30 minutes, which convinced me I needed to move on to another company.

We had Jackson Hardware Heating & Air at our place to install a new smart ECOBEE thermostat. We didn't have a power wire (C) for our current thermostat, and they easily got around that. They had us download the app for our iPhone and helped us configure it. It works great and the whole process took just under an hour. The person who did the install was very nice and helpful. We have used Jackson Hardware twice in the past and have not had any issues. I recommend them.
